We collect account, destination and order details, payment confirmation and security data, and, when submitted, prescriptions and other health information.
Purpose and Access
Health information is used only for prescription, product and jurisdiction eligibility review, fraud prevention, and permitted fulfillment. Access is limited to authorized reviewers and the relevant independent provider, and only the information necessary for review or service is shared.
Retention and Security
Medical documents are not placed in public file storage. They are protected through access controls, file fingerprinting, and HTTPS transport, retained only as needed for review, legal obligations, disputes, and security, then deleted or de-identified.
